More about Photoroom
Photoroom’s US App Store listing, checked on September 18, 2026, markets background replacement, batch editing, Shopify publishing, and marketplace-sized exports. It also lists generated fashion models, ghost mannequins, flat lays, product videos, recoloring, and digital ironing. See the Photoroom App Store listing.
For clothing photos, Photoroom’s ghost mannequin documentation describes a source-image workflow that generates an invisible-model view of clothing.
Other differences
Photoroom includes listing integrations and generated formats such as fashion images and product videos.
Try Lightbox if your work centers on photographing an item, preparing a clean background, and repeating a consistent layout on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
iPhone Photos also has a built-in subject cutout tool.
Try your own photos
Use a pale item, an object with a handle or strap, a reflective package, and a photo with small lettering. Inspect the exports at the same size. Check whether either edit changes the product, then compare the time you spend correcting the result.
