Billing and refunds
Last updated September 28, 2026
Iterator, Inc. makes digital software. Our products are delivered electronically, with no physical shipping. Product websites state availability, system requirements, and pricing. Our apps are sold through Plus One, one subscription and one account for our apps, on www.plusone.dev and in our apps on the App Store. Once you sign in to an app with your Plus One account, your plan unlocks it. On the web, Plus One is sold through Link. In our apps, it is sold through the App Store.
Direct purchases
To request a refund for a purchase made directly from Iterator, email humans@itrtr.com within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchase email address and order reference. We may decline refunds for repeat purchases or requests we reasonably believe are abusive. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Plus One on the web
Plus One on the web is sold through Link, the merchant of record service of our payment processor Stripe. A plan starts with a free week when your account has never had a plan, and you are not charged if you cancel before it ends. After that, Link bills Plus One in advance every month or every year, adds the sales tax, VAT, or GST where you live, and emails a receipt for each charge, including each credit pack. Change plans, buy credit packs, or cancel in your account or at link.com. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and the plan stays active until then. To request a refund, email us within 14 days of a charge, as for direct purchases, or ask Link support, which can also refund a charge within 60 days in some cases. A refund includes the tax you paid.
Credits after a refund
A refund takes back the credits the purchase granted. When a credit pack is refunded, in full or in part, we take back that share of its credits. The ones you have not spent are removed, and the ones you already spent come out of your other credits. Whatever those cannot cover becomes a negative balance, which the credits you receive next pay off before you can spend them. When the current period of a plan is refunded in full, the rest of that month's credits are removed, and a plan refund never leaves a negative balance. A partial refund of a plan charge, or a refund of an earlier period, changes no credits.
App Store purchases
Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for Plus One plans and credit packs bought in our apps on the App Store, and decides whether you are eligible for the free week there. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Deleting an app or your Plus One account does not cancel a subscription. Request an App Store refund through Apple's refund service under its terms. When Apple asks us about a refund request, we send it the consumption information our terms of service describe.
Our terms of service contain the full payment and cancellation terms. For purchase or delivery help, email humans@itrtr.com.
